Welcome to Carl Hankey K-8's 2021 Hawk Trot page. We are raising money for our non-profit - the Carl Hankey International Education Foundation(CHIEF). CHIEF is a group of volunteers dedicated to supporting the Hankey International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. Capistrano Unified School District supports IB through staffing and professional development. However, there are additional costs for IB which include elementary Spanish, middle school design and the materials required to support the IB curriculum. This costs approximately $40,000 a year and is self-funded by the school community. CHIEF is a non-profit so any support you can give is also tax-deductible (Tax ID #27-5248555). November 18th is our Hawk Trot to help raise these funds and we are looking to raise around $150 per student to help us reach our fundraising goals. Let's go HAWKS.
